Job summary

ClimateWorks Foundation is seeking a Systems and Process Manager for the Clean Cooling Collaborative (CCC) to ensure efficient operations, grants management, and strategic learning. The role coordinates budgeting, reporting, MEL activities, and cross-department collaboration to support CCC initiatives and ensure high-quality program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in grants management and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage CCC grantmaking processes and operations, including budget coordination, systems management, data accuracy, reporting, and compliance adherence.
• Coordinate with CCC and other ClimateWorks departments to streamline operations and act as budgeting, grantmaking, and reporting liaison.
• Develop and manage data collection for Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) and coordinate with Communications for program reports.
• Support internal team needs: track milestone calendar, develop materials, co-design meetings and retreats, and grow an internal learning agenda.
• Plan and execute grantee learning events and convenings, leading agenda design and logistics coordination.
