Corus International in Washington, DC is seeking a Manager, Grants & Compliance to oversee award compliance, grants administration, and subaward management for the MIHR project and future US government-funded awards. You will work with program, finance, and country teams to ensure donor regulations are met.

This hybrid role is based at our DC headquarters with in-office days on Tuesday and Wednesday. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, at least five years' relevant experience managing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing global US Government awards.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate across multinational teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage prime awards from startup to closeout.
• Interpret and apply Department of State requirements and 2 CFR 200.
• Lead subaward development, monitoring, and compliance.
• Provide training on donor requirements and regulatory reporting.
