MIRACORP is hiring a Grants Lifecycle Specialist in Washington, DC to support the Office of Grants Management. This role covers pre-award through closeout, ensuring accurate documentation, data validation, and timely reporting.

You will track milestones, review financial and performance reports, and assist with audit findings and resolution. A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is required, with strong Excel and Word skills and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in grants management, financial administration, or related fields.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat; strong written/verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support grant lifecycle activities across pre-award, award, and post-award phases.
• Prepare, review, publish, and distribute grant documentation.
• Review applications, award packages, reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Track milestones, deadlines, and financial requirements; support audits.
