Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking an Experienced Process Engineer to join our Global Grain & Processing team in Hallock, Minnesota. You will optimize plant operations, drive continuous improvement, and lead projects supporting safe, reliable production.

The ideal candidate will have experience in oilseed processing or related agricultural manufacturing, with a passion for problem-solving and operational excellence. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field is required.
• 2+ years of plant, process or project engineering experience in related industries.
• Knowledge of oilseed processing or related manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage design/development projects with cost and safety in mind.
• Provide project management support and supervise construction activities.
• Troubleshoot processes and lead root-cause analyses.
• Develop and manage documentation for process and electrical equipment.
• Participate in engineering team meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
