CHS is seeking an Experienced Process Engineer to join our Global Grain & Processing team in Hallock, Minnesota. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimizing plant operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and leading projects that support safe, reliable, and efficient production.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance operational performance, and contribute to the success of a critical agricultural processing facility. The ideal candidate will bring experience in oilseed processing, ethanol production, or other agricultural manufacturing environments, along with a passion for problem-solving, process optimization, and operational excellence.
CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
