Job summary

CHS Inc. in Hallock, Minnesota seeks an Experienced Process Engineer to optimize plant operations on the Global Grain & Processing team. You will lead design and improvement projects, ensuring safety, reliability, and cost efficiency across oilseed processing and related facilities.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's in engineering and 2+ years in process or project engineering, with a track record in capital projects, lean practices, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Agricultural, Civil, or Biosystems Engineering.
• 2+ years of plant/process/project engineering experience in related industries.
• PMP training or certification preferred.
• Lean training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan assignments by preparing engineering documents, drawings, schedules, and integrating plant controls and automation.
• Provide project management support and supervision to construction crews.
• Champion safety and Lean initiatives during design and construction.
• Develop and manage documentation on process/electrical equipment and piping diagrams.
