Qualifications

• Detailed go-to-market planning experience.
• Experience marketing to government or public sector organizations.
• 10+ years in B2G marketing with at least 5 years in people management leading teams of 5+.
• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) programs, including 1:1 and 1:few campaign design and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and oversee the global government industry marketing team.
• Develop compelling and differentiated value propositions for government integrating AWS services and solutions.
• Drive product and customer stories through the industry lens across digital channels, campaigns, analysts, press, events and internal stakeholders.
• Use market insights and competitive analysis to shape product, sales, go-to-market, and industry marketing approach.
• Lead a team of ABM marketers who design and execute 1:1 and 1:few campaigns aligned with global frameworks and measurable impact.
• Develop account-specific messaging, content, and campaigns translating AWS cloud/AI capabilities into customer value.
• Build executive engagement programs including briefings, roundtables, and experiences for senior defense decision-makers.
• Build and maintain relationships with executives, customers and industry analysts.
• Collaborate with the AWS Industry Marketing team to scale best practices and contribute to public sector go-to-market strategy.
