Job summary

Citigroup, Inc. is seeking a Global Head of Global Client Services (GCS) to define and execute worldwide strategy, drive business development, and expand the UHNW client base. The role demands autonomy and a proven ability to originate and deepen UHNW relationships across geographic regions.

The position requires executive presence and strong collaboration with CPB management, product, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless client service and robust risk controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in client coverage, business development, or relationship management within financial services with a focus on Global UHNW clients.
• Proven track record of originating, developing, and expanding substantial client relationships and exceeding revenue targets.
• Extensive knowledge of investment products, wealth management solutions, private markets, and capital markets for sophisticated clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead global strategic direction for the Global Client Service (GCS) Program and drive major business development.
• Collaborate with regional private bank teams and CPB heads to apply GCS strategy across locations and manage cross-border coverage.
• Originate, cultivate, and deepen UHNW relationships and identify integrated solutions leveraging firm capabilities.
