Job summary

Ardena's Somerset, New Jersey site seeks a Supply Chain & Inventory Control Coordinator to support purchasing, inventory control, receiving, warehouse, and GMP-regulated manufacturing operations.

The role involves maintaining ERP master data, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with vendors, and performing cycle counts to ensure material availability and regulatory compliance across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Laboratory teams.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in inventory control, purchasing, warehouse operations, supply chain, or materials management, preferably within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CDMO, or other regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience within a GMP, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing environment required.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Purchase consumable inventory and operational supplies in accordance with approved purchasing procedures.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders as assigned.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, lead times, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels for operations and laboratory consumables, and initiate replenishment as needed to prevent shortages.
• Perform inventory monitoring, cycle counts, investigations, and reconciliation activities.
• Create and maintain accurate item master and inventory records within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for consumable inventory items.
