Job summary

Ardena is hiring a 3rd Shift Supervisor for our Somerset, NJ site. You will oversee production and packaging operations in a GMP-regulated environment, ensuring compliance with cGMP, FDA, DEA, OSHA, and related standards.

You will lead a cross-functional team, train staff, manage schedules, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity while maintaining safety and quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific discipline with 1+ years GMP manufacturing experience.
• Or an Associate Degree with 4+ years GMP manufacturing experience and 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience supervising manufacturing operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing and packaging operations in compliance with cGMP, FDA, DEA, OSHA requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop production staff across shifts.
• Coordinate staffing, training, cross-training, performance management, scheduling, and time-off approvals.
