Job summary

Ardena is seeking a Master Planner at its Somerset, NJ site to develop and manage the 45-day production plan, optimizing equipment, labor, materials, and capacity to meet customer commitments.

The role requires coordinating across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Analytical Services, and Manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery and GMP-compliant operations. Excellent Excel and ERP expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of production, master planning, or supply chain planning in GMP-regulated settings.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and GMP requirements.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own 45-day production schedule to maximize throughput and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with QC/QA/Manufacturing to align materials and testing with the plan.
• Lead weekly Ready-to-Execute meetings and communicate changes to leadership.
• Support S&OP with capacity analysis and planning visibility.
• Ensure GMP, cGMP compliance and site safety in planning activities.
