Job summary

Ardena is seeking a Master Planner at the Somerset, New Jersey site to develop and manage the site’s 45-day production plan, optimizing equipment, labor, materials, and capacity while aligning with customer commitments.

The role collaborates with Operations, Quality, Analytical Services, Manufacturing, Project Management, and Customer Programs to support on-time delivery and GMP-compliant operations, requiring GMP familiarity and ERP/MRP experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in GMP-regulated production planning.
• Experience coordinating production, quality testing, and batch release in a CDMO/pharma setting.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the rolling 45-day production schedule, translating demand into an executable plan.
• Coordinate with QC/QA/Analytics/Manufacturing to incorporate testing and release into the plan.
• Lead weekly Ready-to-Execute (RTE) meetings to assess readiness.
• Act as primary planning liaison across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Programs.
• Support S&OP, schedule visibility, and continuous improvement initiatives.
