Oceaneering, a global provider of engineered services and products to offshore energy, seeks a General Manager for the SDS-P business. You will lead strategy, growth, and profitability while managing portfolio, manufacturing, engineering, and talent across the global organization.

You will partner with senior leadership to drive value creation, market expansion, and operational excellence, ensuring strong customer relationships and sustainable growth in a dynamic, high-value manufacturing

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a technical field as a baseline requirement.
• MBA is a plus and may enhance leadership capabilities.
• Proven capability to drive P&L, growth, and strategic execution in complex manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and operations.
