Job summary

QUORE IT : Talent Sourcing & Recruitment is seeking a General Manager to own the P&L and lead the commercial and operations for the Oceanside, CA site. The role focuses on growing the defense and maritime business, building a sales engine, and managing government contracts.

You will drive multi-million dollar fleet contracts, coordinate with production and finance, and assemble a small team as the business scales. Onsite work is required five days per week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales or business development in hardware, aerospace, or defense
• Experience selling hardware to government and defense contracts
• Practical knowledge of production planning, labor capacity, job costing, inventory control, and supplier management

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the Oceanside site and drive profitability
• Build and run the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing for fleet contracts
• Grow government business with military and government customers and reopen commercial channels
• Lead expansion into unmanned surface vessels (USV) and related markets
• Maintain tight financial forecasting and cash management as the team scales
