Job summary

Oceaneering in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate subsea projects within budget and schedule. You will oversee project teams, manage operations on site, and collaborate with Operations and Sales to develop bids and proposals.

The role requires strong cost control, forecasting, and leadership skills, plus readiness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally. A technical engineering background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Cost, Schedule, and Scope management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience Project Management with Vessel / Subsea projects.
• BS in Engineering.
• Must hold/maintain a valid passport and be able to obtain visas for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor project budgets and provide revenue/cost forecasts.
• Develop and maintain resource-loaded project schedules (WBS).
• Direct day-to-day management of projects and teams, including staffing and on-site supervision.
• Review and approve quality plans and technical procedures for subsea projects.
• Coordinate with Operations Lead and Sales in bids/proposals development.
• Travel domestically and overseas up to 20%.
