Eaton’s Controllership Global Financial Accounting Center of Excellence (GFA CoE) is seeking a Financial Systems Specialist to lead governance and techno-functional oversight for General Ledger processes and financial systems. You will drive configurations, master data management, and cross-workstream collaboration across Oracle and SAP to ensure data integrity and standardized controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50-mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead finance systems specialist for global finance applications and Global Controllership-managed systems.
• Lead RTR General Ledger (GL) functional configuration and partner with IT teams; provide SME guidance to process owners.
• Own Oracle Plant and Legal Entity master data and downstream impacts to subledgers, integrations, and reporting.
• Oversee financial close job scheduling, ensuring timely execution and issue resolution.
• Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement in ERP data harmonization and reporting.
