Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Beachwood, Ohio, seeks a Lead Analyst for the GFA General Ledger and Projects team. You will oversee GL governance, master data integrity, and reporting across Oracle and SAP, while driving continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration with Controllership workstreams.

You will lead acquisition integration activities, ERP migration projects, and playbook reviews, ensuring data accuracy for reporting and close processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 4 years of finance/accounting experience.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of the geographic area will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and optimization of GL master data and reporting processes across Oracle and SAP ecosystems.
• Support monthly close, data quality improvements, and issue tracking across multiple systems.
• Coordinate with IT and Controllership workstreams to drive standardization and efficiency.
• Lead acquisition/divestiture project support, ERP migrations, and playbook reviews for Controllership activities.
