Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Global Gentec and Security Coordinator to maintain and troubleshoot enterprise access control and video management systems across sites in PA. This onsite role requires collaboration with IT and vendors to ensure secure operations and asset protection.

You will manage cardholder credentials, monitor cameras, and support system connectivity while partnering with security and facilities teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Genetec or similar access control/video management systems.
• Knowledge of physical security systems including CCTV, badge readers, access control hardware.
• Working knowledge of networking and troubleshooting of IP devices, routing, switches, and firewalls.
• Experience collaborating with IT partners, vendors, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Genetec, ExacqVision, and related security platforms across QVC sites.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues with badge readers, cameras, access devices, and security hardware.
• Create, update, and remove cardholder credentials and assign access permissions.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors for system connectivity, on-site repairs, and server access.
• Maintain procedures, generate reports, and manage system data imports.
