Job summary

QVC Group in West Chester, PA is seeking a security systems technician to maintain and troubleshoot enterprise access control and video management systems across sites. You will support Genetec administration, access control, CCTV, credential management, and security device troubleshooting.

As part of the team, you will collaborate with IT and vendors, manage cardholder credentials, and ensure system reliability through monitoring, diagnosing issues, and on-site repairs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Genetec or similar access control/video management systems.
• Experience with badge readers, CCTV and networked security devices.
• Ability to work with IT partners and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Genetec, ExacqVision, and related security platforms across QVC sites.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues with badge readers, cameras, access devices and networked security hardware.
• Create, update, and remove cardholder credentials and assign access permissions.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors for connectivity, server access, and on-site repairs.
• Maintain procedures, generate reports, and manage system data imports.
