Job summary

QVC Group in West Chester, PA is seeking a Security Systems Admin to maintain Genetec and ExacqVision platforms, manage access control hardware, and troubleshoot CCTV and networked devices across sites.

You will work with IT partners to ensure system connectivity, perform credential management, and support on-site repairs. This role is onsite in West Chester with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Genetetc or similar access control/video management systems; ExacqVision experience.
• Knowledge of physical security systems and devices including CCTV, badge readers, access control hardware.
• Strong networking/IT troubleshooting knowledge: IP-based devices, topology, routing, switches, firewalls.
• 1+ years collaborating with IT partners, vendors and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Genetec, ExacqVision and related security platforms across QVC sites.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues with badge readers, cameras, access devices and other networked security hardware.
• Create, update and remove cardholder credentials and access permissions.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors for system connectivity, server access, and on-site repairs.
• Maintain procedures, generate reports, and manage system data imports.

Reporting to the Lead Global Security Systems Partner, you will maintain and troubleshoot enterprise access control and video management systems to help keep sites, team members, and assets secure for QVC.

You will support Genetec administration, access control systems, CCTV/video management systems, credential management, and security device troubleshooting across multiple locations.

Possibly have experience in physical security systems, network troubleshooting, IP-based devices, badge access systems, and partnership with IT and vendors.

Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

• Support and maintain Genetec, ExacqVision, and related physical security platforms across QVC sites
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues involving badge readers, cameras, access devices, weapon detection units, and other network-connected security hardware
• Create, update, and remove cardholder credentials, assign access permissions, and resolve team member access-related requests
• Work with internal networking/IT teams and external vendors to support system connectivity, server access, hardware troubleshooting, and on-site repairs
• Maintain procedures, generate and update reports, manage system data imports.

What You'll Bring

• Hands-on experience with Genetec or similar access control/video management systems; ExacqVision experience.
• Knowledge of physical security systems and devices, including CCTV, badge readers, access control hardware, and related security technology
• Working knowledge of networking and technical troubleshooting, including IP-based devices, network topology, routing, switches, and firewalls
