Job summary

Signant Health is seeking a General Manager, RTSM & Study Supplies, to own the RTSM and clinical supplies P&L, lead global service delivery, and oversee end‑to‑end supply chain operations for trials. This role drives revenue, margin, and delivery quality while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The GM will coordinate with product management, engineering, and operations to scale the RTSM platform, devices, and connected sensors globally, ensuring client satisfaction and efficiency across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, supply chain, or engineering (MBA preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in clinical trial technology, clinical supplies/logistics, or pharma ops, incl. 5+ years in a P&L‑owning role.
• Experience guiding global service delivery or supply chain/logistics ops in pharma/clinical trials.
• Experience leading global multi-site or matrixed teams.
• Strong commercial acumen — budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and margin management.
• Working knowledge of GxP, GMP/GDP, and regulatory requirements for supplies and tech.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L accountability for the RTSM and Study Supplies business unit, including revenue growth and margin management; develop operating plans and pricing strategies.
• Lead global delivery teams for RTSM study builds, configuration, testing, and go‑live support with focus on quality and client satisfaction.
• Oversee end‑to‑end clinical supplies operations: forecasting, fulfillment, packaging, labeling, distribution, and returns/destruction.
• Manage a global network of warehouses, depots, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Regulatory, Quality, and IT/Engineering for compliance and platform reliability.
• Build and develop a global, cross‑functional organization; set structure, staffing, and talent strategy.
