Job summary

Signant Health is looking for a General Manager, Data Management Solutions in the United States to lead the Global Data Management function (RTSM, eCOA, sensors, EDC) with full P&L ownership and a multi‑year roadmap. You will shape strategy, drive growth, and direct a cross‑functional team across global sites.

The role requires deep CDMS/EDC and CDISC expertise, strong financial acumen, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in clinical data management within CRO/Pharma.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of CRO/Pharma dynamics and global regulatory environment (GCP, 21 CFR Part 11).
• Experience hosting regulatory inspections and audits (FDA, EMA).
• Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership for a product or business line (e.g., EDC).
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L, budget, and resource allocation for Data Management.
• Lead enterprise strategy and multi-year roadmap for Global Data Management.
• Provide strategic leadership and development for a high-performing Data Management organization.
• Set data quality, compliance, and audit readiness standards; lead audits (FDA/EMA).
• Represent Data Management capabilities to clients, prospects, and industry forums; support business development.
• Collaborate with Technical Delivery, Product/R&D, Commercial, and Project Management to align service levels.
• Govern KPI/SLA governance and risk management for the Data Management organization.
