LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc. is seeking a Manager, General Affairs to lead GA operations across multiple U.S. sites, including Holland, Lansing, Matteson, and Phoenix.

You will manage GA Specialists and standardize services to support Korean expatriates, travelers, and contractors. Requires professional bilingual proficiency in Korean and English, with strong leadership, cross-cultural communication, and global mobility experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing dispersed teams across multiple U.S. locations.
• Bilingual Korean and English proficiency for ongoing liaison with HQ.
• Experience supporting international employees, travelers, contractors, or global operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead General Affairs operations and establish consistent processes across Holland, Lansing, Matteson, and Phoenix.
• Oversee administrative and onsite support for Korean expatriates, travelers, and contractors.
• Develop standardized processes for international employee support and onboarding.
• Coordinate HQ traveler coordination, onboarding, and inquiries.
• Oversee vendor coordination for catering and meal services.
