Job summary

Hyundai Mobis is seeking a General Affairs Assistant Manager within MSCe (Mobis South Carolina Electrified Powertrain) to lead GA functions, stabilize operations, and optimize facility and vendor management at the Blythewood site. The role focuses on ensuring a safe, compliant, and employee-friendly work environment while driving cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include policy development, asset lifecycle management, vendor negotiations, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in GA, facilities, or workplace management.
• Vendor management, contract negotiation, and maintenance.
• Experience in site setup or ramp-up preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead GA policies, standards, and procedures for MSCe.
• Oversee standardized site management and operations.
• Manage end-to-end asset lifecycle and procurement.
• Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance.
• Oversee employee services and travel coordination.
• Maintain security, regulatory compliance, and safety.
• Own GA budget and cost optimization.
• Drive operational readiness during startup.
