Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Reinvention Manager to shape technology strategy and system architecture for GCC design and setup. You will lead tech-enabled transformation across large programs, partnering with solution teams and client stakeholders to define futures-state architectures and ensure interoperability across platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in GCC strategy and 2+ years scaling operating models, plus 1+ year using AI-enabled tools to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of GCC strategy, organization design and large-scale transformation experience.
• Minimum of 2 years designing and scaling technology operating models within GCC environments.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled platforms to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support origination, sales and GCC/GBS setup engagements with expert technology guidance.
• Assess landscape, define future-state architectures and align tech with operating models.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide transformation programs at HQ across cross-functional teams.
• Travel up to 50% as needed to drive client engagements.
