Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Strategy & Design Lead to shape integrated operating models that enable GCC design and setup. You will provide cross-functional expertise across client opportunities, responding to market demand, and drive scalable, business-aligned solutions.

In this role you will collaborate with solution teams, assess current operating landscapes, design future-state delivery models, and ensure multi-function capabilities support enterprise-wide transformation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with GCC strategy, operations, transformation, or related initiatives.
• At least 2 years of experience in Global Capability Centers (GCCs), GBS, or shared services.
• Experience in 2+ enterprise functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 1 year leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, and data insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements at HQ.
• Design future-state multi-function service delivery models aligned with target operating models.
• Drive process standardization, operational excellence, and scalable delivery across enterprise functions.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with HQ-level impact.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
