You will assess current landscapes, define future-state architectures, and ensure alignment with the target operating model. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation in GCC strategy.
• 5+ years designing and scaling technology operating models, digital delivery in GCC/GBS.
• 1+ year leveraging AI tools and data-driven insights to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC/GBS setup engagements at HQ.
• Assess current technology landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend solutions aligned to target operating model.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ supporting broader goals.
• Travel up to 50%.
