Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center (GCC) Capability Reinvention Manager to shape technology strategy and architecture for GCC design and setup. You will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning strategy, consulting, technology, and operations to drive AI-enabled reinvention across centers.

You will assess current landscapes, define future-state architectures, partner with solution teams and stakeholders, and travel up to 50% for HQ engagements and client visits as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GCC strategy and large-scale transformation.
• 2+ years designing scalable technology operating models.
• 1+ year using AI-enabled platforms and data insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC/GBS setup engagements.
• Assess current tech landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend technology solutions.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with HQ impact.
