Accenture is seeking a seasoned pursuit strategist to drive Global Capability Center deals from strategy through closing. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across regions, shape winning proposals, and bring credible GCC expertise to senior pursuit teams.

You will lead content development, challenge assumptions, and operate in high-velocity environments, delivering impact from day one. This role anchors our efforts to win complex GCC opportunities in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in GBS/GCC strategy, delivery, or business development.
• 4+ years of GCC/GBS operating models experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; Associate’s with 6+ years acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop pursuit strategy and assemble cross-functional teams from day one.
• Lead and orchestrate senior pursuit teams with credible GCC expertise.
• Create high-quality pursuit materials and coach teams across time zones.
