Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Strategy & Design Lead to shape integrated operating models and drive GCC design and setup engagements across Finance, HR, Procurement, and other enterprise functions.

You will collaborate with solution teams to design future-state delivery models, standardize processes, and lead multi-function transformations, with up to 50% travel to align with client opportunities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with GCC strategy, operations or transformation.
• Minimum of 2 years in Global Capability Centers, GBS, or shared services.
• Experience in 2+ enterprise functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain).
• Minimum of 1 year using AI-enabled platforms and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements at HQ.
• Design future-state multi-function service delivery models aligned with target operating model.
• Drive process standardization, operational excellence, and scalable delivery.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ.
• Travel up to 50%.
