Accenture is seeking an Americas Support Lead for the Global Capability Center Sales Engine. You will develop high-quality pursuit content, coordinate with the deal team, and prepare for orals, while contributing GCC assets and insights to win strategies.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in consulting sales or delivery, 2+ years with GCC/GBS models, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. The role offers a broad benefits package and a market-competitive salary range in the US.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality pursuit content across assigned sections in line with the pursuit strategy.
• Coordinate across deal team, tracking progress and keeping deliverables on schedule.
• Support orals preparation by developing speaker materials, Q&A frameworks, and visual aids.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of reusable GCC sales assets in the Americas market.
• Track pursuit activity and contribute observations to win/loss analysis and the shared asset library.
