Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience including GCC strategy, operations, transformation, or organizational initiatives with strategy, setup and design across multiple functions and end-to-end processes.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Global Business Services (GBS), shared services, operating model transformation, or related initiatives.
• Experience in 2+ enterprise functions such as Finance & Accounting, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, or other business support functions.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Shape integrated multi-function operating models for GCC design and setup.
• Assess current operating landscapes and design future-state delivery models.
• Drive process standardization, operational excellence, and service integration.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs to enable efficiency and value creation.
• Travel up to 50% to support client engagements.
