Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related work experience; or a Master's degree and 5+ years in advisory/finance transformation.
• Master's degree with 5+ years of advisory experience is preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation and ERP implementations is advantageous.
• CPA is a plus for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies focusing on GBS strategy and operating model design.
• Oversee cross-functional teams, guide executive stakeholders, and ensure delivery excellence.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, thought leadership, and sector-oriented offerings.
• Mentor and coach team members and support recruitment and capability building.
• Manage engagements, budgets, and client satisfaction.
