Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements in GBS strategy, operating model design and transformation across finance, HR, IT, procurement and supply chain.

You will guide cross-functional teams, work with C-suite stakeholders and shape practice development, offering sector-focused advisory services and scalable delivery models across domestic and multinational clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with approx. 8 years of related work experience.
• Master's degree with approx. 7 years of related work experience.
• Experience delivering advisory services in finance functions including operating model design, performance management, shared services, and outsourcing.
• Experience managing large-scale Finance Transformation or ERP implementations.
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies focusing on GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation and performance improvement.
• Guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with C-suite stakeholders to deliver high-impact programs.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects across multiple processes and industry sectors.
• Shape and drive practice development, go-to-market strategies, thought leadership and reusable assets.
• Mentor and coach team members, contribute to recruitment and capability building.
