Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to shape operating models across finance, HR, IT, procurement, and supply chain for domestic and multinational clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, guide executive stakeholders, and drive performance improvements within a dynamic, global delivery network.

You will contribute to go-to-market strategy, thought leadership, and sector-focused offerings, while mentoring teams and developing capabilities within EY's GBS practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with about 8 years of related work experience OR master's degree with about 7 years of related work experience.
• Experience in managing large-scale Finance Transformation and/or ERP implementations.
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational clients focusing on GBS strategy and operating model design.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects.
• Develop high-performing teams and coach/mentor them; contribute to recruitment.
• Contribute to proposals, pursuits, and market-facing initiatives.
