Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across finance, HR, procurement, and technology with a focus on GBS strategy and operating model design. You will guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with C-suite stakeholders, and shape scalable shared services and outsourcing models.

You’ll drive proposals, pursuits, and market-facing initiatives while mentoring teams and supporting capability development across diverse industries such as consumer, energy, health

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or a master’s degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
• Experience in providing advisory services in finance function: design, performance management, shared services, outsourcing
• Experience leading large Finance Transformation and ERP implementations (preferred)
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies in GBS strategy and operating model design.
• Drive cross-functional transformation programs integrating automation, analytics and workflow technologies.
• Mentor and coach team members and support recruitment and capability building.
• Develop sector-specific GBS and outsourcing advisory offerings and reusable transformation assets.
