Job summary

ADM is seeking a GBS Continuous Improvement Manager to optimize North America GBS processes across Chicago, Decatur, IL, or Erlanger, KY. You will drive Lean initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, and develop dashboards to enable data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong project execution, analytical skills, and the ability to operate in a multinational environment with a focus on service delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Postgraduate studies or certifications in Lean Six Sigma and/or Project Management valued.
• Minimum 6 years in similar roles; 7+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to streamline and enhance GBS processes.
• Develop project charters, conduct LEAN events to process maps and identify improvement opportunities.
• Deploy Service Delivery Model using Lean methods and daily huddles.
• Train frontline employees in Lean methods including Root Cause Analysis.
• Develop transition plans for new business units joining GBS.
• Evaluate transition effectiveness and capture lessons learned.
• Translate requirements into analytical project approaches and dashboards.
