Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume and critical payment processing tasks, validating global currency fund transfers to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
• Process payments for Foreign Exchange products and verification, performing detailed research and client investigations.
• Identify, resolve, or escalate procedural issues or operational errors to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-locational teams and clients to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Detect and elevate potential payment errors to prevent financial and reputational damage.
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives and improve customer experience.
• Coach and mentor team members to maintain high service standards.
• Interface with other operations departments to research and resolve inquiries.
• Learn and apply skills in innovation and AI to optimize payment lifecycle processes.
