Job summary

This role sits within the Payments Rails Product Delivery Strategy & Governance team and operates at the intersection of strategy, product, and execution—translating complex business priorities into clear execution plans and driving stakeholder alignment across multiple lines of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, finance, economics, math, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leading strategic programs and/or transformation initiatives in complex organizations.
• Strategy background with ability to shape executive decisions and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to manage tight timelines with disciplined scope, risks and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management across levels, including senior leadership.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complexity.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tooling for analysis and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead firmwide strategic program end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, decisions and delivery outcomes.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across lines of business and enterprise functions; translate priorities into executable plans.
• Establish governance forums and reporting routines with milestone management and accountability.
• Develop executive narratives for platform modernization and cross-border FX enablement with trade-offs.
• Define program KPIs and provide concise insights and progress reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Build business cases and support funding decisions with value articulation and benefits tracking.
