Spectra Healthcare Management is seeking a Full Cycle Recruiter Specialist to join our global Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, build targeted talent pipelines, and guide candidates through the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

You will drive organizational growth by placing exceptional healthcare talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience across multiple time zones and channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Professional English fluency (verbal and written).
• Proven ATS/HRIS proficiency and advanced Boolean search skills.
• Healthcare recruiting experience or high-volume global hiring favored.
• Active SHRM, HCI, or ASHHRA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and profiles.
• Design and execute multi-channel sourcing campaigns to build pipelines.
• Screen candidates with structured phone interviews and behavioral assessments.
• Manage end-to-end selection, postings, interviews across time zones, and offers.
• Oversee onboarding handoffs, background checks, and compliance milestones.
