Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to lead capacity expansion initiatives within the Global Fulfillment network. This role focuses on planning, execution, and on-time delivery across the project lifecycle, coordinating with Real Estate, Capacity, Design, and Robotics teams.

You will work with procurement and field teams, manage milestones, and report progress to senior leadership. The position requires strong data skills, cross-functional collaboration, and rigorous schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly alignment meetings on network projects and provide program updates.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Capacity, Design, Startup, and Robotics teams on milestones.
• Review proposals and milestone schedules for feasibility and risk.
• Maintain and update engineering project trackers and resource plans.
• Drive escalation of milestone delays and coordinate with vendors for First Access details.
• Lead project kick-offs and support hand-offs from planning to execution.
• Report project status to Senior Leadership and stakeholders.
• Support PMO tools, templates, and processes across projects.
• Handle miscellaneous data, reporting, and documentation tasks.
