Job summary

Stanley 1913 is seeking a Senior Director, Global Fulfillment & Distribution Operations to own end-to-end fulfillment across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and APAC. This role oversees a global logistics budget around $100M and leads a distributed international team to scale our fulfillment capabilities during rapid growth.

Reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, you will shape the 3PL network strategy, drive negotiations, and partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, logistics or related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience leading global 3PL networks across NA, EMEA, APAC.
• Budget ownership at $50M+; strong P&L and cost modeling.
• CPG or consumer goods with DTC and B2B fulfillment experience preferred.
• Proficiency in BI tools and Excel; familiar with ERP/WMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead global 3PL relationships and drive SLA performance across regions.
• Execute North America network strategy and onboarding for new nodes and leases.
• Lead a distributed team across four pillars: Global Shared Services, NA, EMEA, APAC.
• Own global logistics P&L and budget planning, including cost modeling.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal to align fulfillment with regulatory requirements.
