Stanley 1913 is seeking a strategic Director, North America Logistics to lead transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution across North America. This role will build a scalable, customer‑centric logistics network aligned with growth and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, warehousing, or supply chain operations, including people leadership.
• 15+ years of progressive experience, with 5+ years in Director-level Logistics roles
• Experience leading logistics B2B and DTC operations in consumer products, retail, omnichannel, or similar environment.
• Proven success managing high-volume transportation within a multi-site warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution network.
• Hands-on knowledge of warehouse management systems and related logistics technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the logistics strategy in North America across transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, distribution, and value-added services.
• Lead day-to-day logistics operations while ensuring alignment with global logistics and broader business priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement that strengthens service levels and reliability, reduces cost, increases agility, and improves customer experience.
• Identify operational risks and establish mitigation plans that support resilience and business continuity.
