Pratt & Whitney, a leader in aircraft engines and power systems, seeks a Foreign Trade Zone Administration Manager to ensure Global FTZ compliance and optimize processes at the Bridgeport, WV site. You will partner with IT, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive improvements and regulatory excellence.

The role requires extensive FTZ/US customs experience and a strong project-management mindset, with a focus on training and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of applicable work experience or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• 5+ years in US import compliance operations and/or supply chain management.
• 5+ years in FTZ, US Customs compliance operations, or other trade compliance rules (ITAR, EAR, FTR).
• U.S. Citizenship required for access to controlled systems and information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FTZ administration for Bridgeport, WV site including docs, accounting, and waste management.
• Maintain compliance with US import/export regulations with central Customs support.
• Prepare for audits, investigations, and internal reviews.
• Improve FTZ processes with IT, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
• Identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Deliver FTZ training and mentor staff; contribute to Community of Practice.
• Collaborate with central Customs and other departments on initiatives.
