Phastar is seeking an experienced FSP Manager to join its global biometrics team, serving a major pharmaceutical client as the primary Phastar contact for staffing and account oversight. You will apply client-centric service and leverage hands-on programming with R to drive delivery and quality.

The role is full-time and fully remote, with the successful candidate able to base themselves in India. You will lead and mentor a team of programmers, ensuring compliance and timely project execution

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Math or a science discipline.
• SAS programming experience in pharma.
• Experience leading and mentoring a programming team.
• Understanding of clinical trial design and implementation.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and industry guidance.
• Familiarity with GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards.
• MSc or higher is advantageous.
• Customer-facing experience in study operations or commercial contexts is advantageous.
• Recruitment process experience is advantageous.
