Job summary

Parexel is seeking an experienced Program Lead, FSP Operations (clinical operations) to guide cross-functional teams across FSP programs. You will drive strategic direction, financial oversight, and scalable solutions for high-quality, cost-effective services while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong client partnerships.

You will collaborate with regional leaders and line managers to optimize performance, deliver value, and support sustainable growth across Parexel’s FSP platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences, healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years leading FSP clinical operations in a CRO environment.
• At least 3 years of line management experience.
• Experience with FSP resourcing projections, billing processes, and financial tracking.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical trial operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall success of assigned FSP programs with focus on high-quality service delivery.
• Provide strategic direction on program financial performance and resource optimization.
• Manage budget planning, cost control, and profitability targets for FSP programs.
• Oversee workforce infrastructure development to support program execution.
• Develop scalable FSP solutions addressing client needs and long-term growth.
• Establish standardized delivery frameworks while allowing program-specific flexibility.
• Implement quality, reporting, and performance metrics across FSP operations.
• Drive knowledge sharing and harmonization across programs while ensuring compliance.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships for long-term partnerships.
