• 6–10 years of recruitment experience, including full-cycle hiring for front office or client-facing roles.
• Experience in a large, complex financial services organization.
• Consultative recruiting model experience.
• Proven sourcing via social media and digital networks.
• Knowledge of complex compensation structures and relocation packages.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for front office roles across North America and Latin America.
• Act as the primary talent advisor to hiring managers, driving sourcing, assessment, and offer negotiation.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from briefing through offer acceptance for NAM/LATAM.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing plans.
• Source and screen candidates via social media and networks to build talent pipelines.
• Advise on talent acquisition strategy and candidate selection decisions.
• Negotiate offers and communicate compensation terms; share timely updates with stakeholders.
• Monitor recruitment activity to ensure compliance with firm policies and regulations.
