Job summary

Clasquin in the United States is seeking a Tender Analyst to support the Pricing Department by managing RFQs, tenders, and bids for ocean, air, and inland freight services across the U.S. market.

You will coordinate with operations, sales, and finance to gather inputs, build rate models, analyze costs, and ensure compliant, profitable submissions while maintaining proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in pricing, tender management, or commercial roles within an international freight forwarding or logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of international freight forwarding services (ocean, air, intermodal, and trucking).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with pricing tools, TMS, or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Tender & RFQ Management: Manage end-to-end tender and RFQ responses for import, export, and domestic freight services.
• Pricing & Cost Analysis: Build detailed rate models and analyze carrier tariffs and spot-market rates.
• Carrier & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with ocean carriers, airlines, trucking partners, and overseas agents to secure rates.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure tender responses align with U.S. regulatory requirements and maintain audit trails.
• Data Management & Reporting: Track tender outcomes and provide reporting to leadership.
