Job summary

Fracht Group - North America is seeking a Tender Analyst to drive RFQ/tender management and pricing across Import & Export for key accounts. You will collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Operations to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.

You will coordinate with teams, develop timelines, monitor RFQ deadlines, and provide pricing recommendations while negotiating with carrier partners. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in logistics or related field.
• Undergraduate degree in logistics or related business field.
• Experience with logistics processes, systems and solutions.
• 2–3 years of logistics experience minimum.
• Self-disciplined, strong leadership and proactive abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills; ability to listen and respond accurately.
• Effective negotiator and clear communicator of ideas and solutions.
• Excellent team player.

Responsibilities

• Support tender management for global key accounts as part of a collaborative team.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement and Pricing teams across the network for alignment.
• Develop internal timelines and drive timely completion of each tender.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor deadlines associated with RFQs and ensure compliance.
• Assist Procurement with RFQ pricing for North America (Imports & Exports).
• Support retention of existing business and generation of new clients via tenders.
• Provide short- and long-term pricing recommendations with profitability analysis.
• Assist in negotiating buy rates with carrier partners.
• Confirm coverage of quoted sell rates upon award announcements.
• Prepare routing guides for offices to implement awards.
