Scan-Shipping USA is seeking an experienced Pricing Specialist for the Los Angeles/Long Beach area to deliver timely and competitive rates for air, domestic, LCL, FCL, and project cargo. You will generate quotes and work closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in pricing.

The role involves RFQ participation, use of TMS and online tools, and regular contact with customers and partners to secure optimal freight solutions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of import/export air, ocean, and project cargo rate structures.
• Ability to generate timely, competitive quotes for multiple modes.
• Experience with RFQs and rate validation for carriers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with timely and competitive rates for air, domestic, LCL, FCL, and project cargo.
• Generate air export/import quotes in Phoenix based on overseas requests.
• Generate LCL and FCL quotes in Phoenix based on overseas requests.
• Provide domestic rates via the TMS system or spot rates.
• Generate project quotes in Phoenix based on overseas requests.
• Maintain regular internal and external customer contact.
• Use Scan-Shipping systems and online tools for quoting.
• Interact with colleagues and participate in RFQs when needed.
